We understand that things happen!  Something comes up, your schedule changes, an important person can't make it to that appointment time, or you say yes to your dress before you make it to us!  Due to limited appointment availability, we do appreciate as much notice as you can give us if you will not be making it to your appointment. 

Your credit card information will be collected when booking your appointment. A $50 fee will be charged to the card on file if you no show or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment (you will NOT be charged if you come to your appointment or if you reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment).  Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel an appointment and charge the card on file due to a late arrival of 30 minutes or more.
